There’s a lot of stress around in the energy over many houses this week, creating an atmosphere of pressure and tension, and you won’t come out unscathed. As it’s going to be fairly unavoidable, the best thing you can do is keep yourself as light hearted and carefree as possible. Go for a walk, treat yourself to something, and do small things to lift the atmosphere and energy around you. It might not seem like much, but it will make a difference.
