Sometimes you feel like you don’t have anyone to confide in about certain situations in your life or you just don’t know how to address the subject because you feel awkward or embarrassed. Have you ever thought of keeping a journal or a diary? It may seem like a “childish” thing to do, but it can actually be very liberating. Writing down your feelings can be a healthy way to cope or self-heal. Having a record of how you felt in the past can also be very empowering. Try writing down your feelings this week and see if it helps. If not, at least you can say you tried!
