This stuff is so delicious, honestly you’ll be addicted once you try it.
If you like things quite sweet you may want to add a bit more honey to the mixture, just give it a taste before you put the mixture into the tin.

Ingredients
250g cashew butter (here is a recipe to make your own)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
1 tsp all spice
¼ cup maple syrup
½ cup coconut flour
1 ½ cups dry roasted almonds, instructions here

Method

Combine cashew butter, coconut oil, all spice, maple syrup and coconut flour in a bowl until well combined and it makes a consistency slightly wetter than dough.

Roughly chop the almonds, then stir them through the cashew butter mixture until well combined.

Line a bread tin or container of similar size with baking paper. Press the mixture into the tin so it is spread evenly and is smooth on top. Sprinkle with extra chopped almonds if you wish.

Pop in the freezer to set for about an hour.

Once removed from the freezer chop it up then you can store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
You can also freeze this if you want it to last longer.
